  •  Thanks Ken - She made some more for the FSM Dinner tonight! Did you get to go?

  •  Thanks for saying hi! I look forward to goin' to some events or whatever it is we do here.

  •  I guess that depends on one's definition of "sane"! As long as folks aren't trying to get me to change my diet because their personal invisible monster says so, it's a start.

  •  NICE NEW PIC, KEN!!! You Iowa men and your winter beards... ;-)

    JMP (Jan 09, 2010 3:18 AM)
  •  Thanks for the greeting, if only there were a place to put what I don't like to do anywhere, such as filling out forms.

  •  So the OCD linguist part of my brain had to google "ouini" because all I could think of is it's like a french "Yes! Man" or something, probably pronounced "Weenie" which does produce some interesting mental imagery, but I couldn't really find any definition. But I did learn that Oui is also a french porno mag, which incidentally has ouinis flying around quite freely on its pages. So the only thing to conclude is that you're a perv but like to be sneaky about it. I approve.

  •  Thanks Ken! If you think my costume was great, you should see the pics I have of my brother/partner in crime for the evening: he was my crackwhore! We went downtown IC to see all the freaks and ended up being the freak show, haha. Good times, good times. :D Uh... this may sound stupid, but have I met you? Were you at the UUS lecture thing?

    Angie (Nov 07, 2009 2:52 AM)
  •  Thanks! Looking forward to tonight!

  •  If indeed Leo's is now too small for our group, well, I'm just worried about you. If you need a shoulder to cry on...

  •  It was nice to meet you and denise tonight! (Gosh I hope I got her name right!) Maybe we can all walk our dogs together sometime!

  •  Well, really neither when I began the book, but I appreciated the personal tone and philosophical outlook Pirsig projected in the writing. So I guess in the end, if it could be said to be a kind of Zen book, that was what I found most appealing.

    Thanks for writing!

  •  Great to meet you!

    Chelsea Sims (Aug 10, 2009 10:44 AM)
  •  Hilarious. Very nice allusion to The Princess Bride.

    Lori (Jul 17, 2009 11:28 PM)

  •  Thanks for the greeting, Ken. It was great to meet you and the others at Leonardos as well. And I'm glad to up North Liberty's irony-quotient!! I won't be able to join the festivities on the Friday social on June 5 but look forward to future A-Team events!

  •  I am apparently more of a masochist than I thought. Enzio, Guido, and Luigi "Ouini" Bodini. Drawing from such greats as Father Guido Sarducci? Super Mario Bros.? Or am I over-thinking this...
I love Mom "Mom" Bodini. Her name is Mom, also known as "Mom" by close friends and associates.

  •  Thanks.

    Tami (Apr 23, 2009 10:23 PM)
  •  So as I looked at the family photo on the bodini website, I saw you staring very seriously at the camera while not only a brother attempted to give you rabbit ears, but your mother did actually accomplished giving you rabbit ears. I can't decide what's worse, getting the double hit from your mom and brother, or being the ignored brother as Pat appears to be.

  •  But Dirk Benedict was not only Faceman, the most intelligent member of the A-Team, he also was the first Starbuck. When I was a kid, Starbuck was a boy. In the halcyon days of my youth, I'd head off to school with my Trapper Keeper, Members Only jacket, and an onion on my belt, which was the style at the time.
