I'm a car-lite vegan who bikes everywhere and goes barefoot as much as possible. I'm basically hippie with good hygiene and no hair.
Biking, fixing bicycles, volunteering, reading, thinking, and pretending to be a beer snob. Not necessarily in that order. Mostly I enjoy exploring my humanity and the world around me, as well as spending way too much time online.
I don't think a deity exists, though I'm open to evidence to the contrary. Label this as you will.

Hi Rob, thanks for the good conversation and clipless pedal lesson!
Hey Rob!
Thanks for getting in touch with me! I really enjoyed meeting all you guys, and I am definitely looking forward to getting to know you all a little better. See you at the next beer and philosophy or maybe even earlier.
Justin
Welcome to Cedar Rapids Bicyclists! Looking forward to riding with you.
Thank you.
Is it something that could be cured with additional cowbell?
Yes, it's great to meet other area athletes among the free-thinkers! I've got a full running calendar this month, but hope to hop on the Trek for some cross-training as well.
I recommend lancing that blister and keeping it clean. Definitely helps with the discomfort, but I don't know if it accelerates healing: http://www.ehow.com/how_2363204_lance...![]()

Beer and Philosophy - who would moderate?
Please tell Crescent I hope she decides to come to Martini Night. I'll look for "Rob + 1" on the RSVP... :-)
Pyrex - already had it planned.....
