  •  It's a picture of me I photo shopped, not "exactly" an avatar, but thanks :)

    Jeff (Feb 20, 2010 6:05 PM)
  •  Gotcha

    Tim Olson (Feb 19, 2010 2:00 PM)
  •  Thanks Scott!

    Jon (Feb 09, 2010 6:39 PM)
  •  Thanks,

I'd like to say yes. However, today I brought it to the attention of 2 other teachers at work and they seemed interested.
I won't know until Monday if they want to go. If they do, we'll drive separately. If they don't, I'd like to ride with
you. What time would you like to leave CR?

I'll adjust where I am to meet your needs.

Thanks for letting me join you tonight. It was an interesting group.

  •  Just saw this avatar. This group is getting too radical for me.

    JMP (Jan 23, 2010 2:22 PM)
  •  Thanks, Scott. I appreciate you cluing me in to this group. I'll try to make it Thurs.

  •  Hi Scott, thanks for saying hi (back in Sept., eek!) Long time no see -- Me and the Bork guys (yes, you have it spelled right) have been ridiculously overprogrammed of late, but hope to clear some decks in 2010 (wish us luck). Hope to see you and the gang again soon. How's life in Cedar Rapids?

    Sally Mills (Jan 13, 2010 9:47 PM)
  •  Thanks for the greeting, but you must be mistaken, there is no way we have ever met... ever.

    Nick B. (Jan 09, 2010 2:54 AM)
  •  Thanks for the greeting Scott. I can't wait until I get to a meeting.

    Karen Reck (Nov 21, 2009 11:43 PM)
  •  Thank You for the welcome. I am looking forward to making new friends.

  •  Welcome to the rev club. You are now the minister of Coolness

    Bill Pitcher (Nov 09, 2009 3:17 PM)
  •  Hi Scott! Simplest answer: My partner moved to Iowa a couple of years ago, lived with some friends (it didn't work out), and then I visited and decided to stay a while. :)

    Jess (Oct 13, 2009 8:52 AM)
  •  Hey Scott.. thanks for the Templeton last night. Want to bust open a bottle of Woodford Reserve together sometime?

    Nick (Oct 03, 2009 10:46 PM)
  •  So, Scott, you're saying there is nothing groundbreaking about Jethro Tull?? One could argue that the Moody Blues were groundbreaking in some ways, but predating Jethro Tull doesn't negate Ian Anderson's groundbreaking contributions. In my opinion. :^P :^P :^P :^P :^P

    JMP (Oct 03, 2009 10:38 PM)
  •  I wouldn't have classified The Moody Blues as rock, though I'm only familiar with a few of their songs. Can you recommend some good songs besides Nights in White Satin? :) (note: I will ignore any song from the 80s)

    Nate Mohling (Oct 03, 2009 9:54 AM)
  •  Thank you for the warm welcome!

    Leah (Sep 27, 2009 7:43 PM)
  •  I've been around. Certainly there are others in the group who have great stories to tell, looking forward to hearing any and all! BS runs both ways you know!

  •  Hi Scott, well the Vietnamese place has enough space, and they aren't that busy in the evenings. Supporting a local guy I think is a good thing and it is a family place and not a beer joint. A little ethnic stuff is good for us and kids, reasonably healthy and off the beaten track, like most of us are already!

  •  Anytime you want to go to Villa's Patio just let me know.

    Scott Albertson (Sep 12, 2009 3:23 PM)
  •  Villas Patio is the best Mexican in town.
